Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date may incur a one-night room charge.
• No-shows will be charged for one full night including taxes.

Payment Policy

• We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX).
• A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.
• A security deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges and is refundable upon check-out if no damage or incident is reported.

Occupancy & Extra Guest Policy

• Room occupancy is limited to the maximum listed per room type.
• Additional guests may incur extra charges.
• Children under 12 stay free with parents using existing bedding.

Tax Policy

• Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT): 12.50%
• California Tourism Assessment: 0.20%
• Non Cash Adjustment Fee: 3.00% of the Total (This fee does NOT apply to cash payments.)

Pet Policy

• Pets are not allowed.
• Only service animals with proper documentation are permitted.

Smoking Policy

• California Inn is a 100% smoke-free property.
• Smoking in rooms or indoor public areas will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
• Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Housekeeping & Cleanliness

• Daily housekeeping is provided.
• For environmental purposes, linens and towels are changed every 3 days unless requested otherwise.

Damages and Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel property.
• The hotel reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement of damaged items.

Parking

• Complimentary self-parking is available for all registered guests.
• One vehicle per room is allowed. Please register your vehicle at the front desk.

Wi-Fi

• Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property for all guests.

Safety & Security

• For guest safety, security cameras are in place in common areas.
• Guests are advised to lock their rooms and secure valuables. The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
